2. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

6. Enter your e-mail address and IdentiKey password.

7. Enter a description for your CULink account, then tap Save.

Designating Folders

ITS recommends that you designate the folder location for drafts, sent items, and deleted messages. The designation is up to you and can be changed at any time. Follow the instructions below to learn how this process works.

1. Tap Settings.

2. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

3. Tap on your CULink account.

4. Tap on Advanced.

5. Refer to the Mailbox Behaviors section. Here you can tap on each mailbox and designate where your drafts, sent items, and deleted messages are stored. There are two primary choices:

  • CULink folders
    • If you designate CULink folders, you will be able to access drafts, sent items, and deleted messages whenever you log into CULink (web client, e-mail program, or iPhone).

  • iPhone folders
    • If you designate iPhone folders, you will only be able to access drafts, sent items, and deleted messages from your iPhone. These messages will not be available when you log into the CULink web client or any other CULink access point.

6. To designate a particular folder, tap on the mailbox.

7. Tap on the folder where you want those messages stored. In the example below, draft messages will now be saved on the CULink server in the Drafts folder.

8. After making each selection, tap Advanced to return to the Advanced settings menu.
