|||||||||||||
| ITS Help Documents >> CULearn >> Faculty Support >> Exporting the Grade Book OverviewITS strongly recommends that faculty download and save the gradebook from CULearn after updates to the gradebook, as well as at the end of the term for archival purposes. Member information can be exported as a comma-delimited or tab-delimited text file. You can export all column information, except formulas for calculated columns. The data that you can export is determined in part by the tab from which you commence the export. Security precaution: after you export your grade book, ITS recommends that you encrypt the file. Learn how to do this at the bottom of this document. Exporting the Grade Books 1. From the Teach tab, scroll down to Instructor Tools and click on Grade Book.
