Versions of Eudora older than 5.1 do not support SSL (Secure Socket Layers). In order to utilize CU-Boulder's computer and network resources, ITS advises all users who use Eudora version 2, 3, or 4 to upgrade to Eudora 5.1. You can download this version of Eudora from www.eudora.com

After you've downloaded Eudora 5.1 please follow the instructions at www.colorado.edu/its/docs/authenticate/eudora5.1.html to configure the software for secure connections, SSL.
