Images of a salt crystals at ten times magnification. These images were taken using a traditional imaging system. The above image is focused on the top of the salt crystals. By moving your mouse over the above image, you can see an image which is focused on the bottom (respectively) of the salt crystals.

The above image is an intermediate raw image of the salt crystals taken using the Cubic Phase Plate (CPP) inserted into the aperature stop. By moving your mouse over the above image, you can see the filtered image, after digital post-processing.
