Ralphie's Cooking Basics will be taught on Thursdays on a first-come, first-served basis from 5:30 pm until 6:30 pm. All materials will be provided.
If you are interested in participating in a cooking class, the sign-up sheet will start at 5:15pm, fifteen minutes prior to the class, outside Alferd Packer Restaurant & Grill. Space is limited to the first fifteen people who sign up, so please be sure to arrive early. In order to participate in the Ralphie’s Cooking Basics class, closed-toe shoes must be worn at all times when in the kitchen. Please check back for updated information because classes are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
