Ruth Heisler Receives ASSETT Award of Excellence Senior Instructor Ruth Heisler has received an Award of Excellence as an Outstanding Teacher for Technology in Teaching. She was cited by students in Introduction to Human Anatomy as an instructor who uses technology in outstanding ways to support student learning, such as animations, videos, and interactive homework with games and other features. In addition to the award, her teaching soon will be highlighted on a new college website devoted to technology, teaching and learning in A&S, http://sparc.colorado.edu. ASSETT is Arts & Sciences Support of Education through Technology, a student-funded initiative supporting the use of technology in advancing the teaching and learning mission of the College of Arts and Sciences.
Teresa Foley Receives Marinus Smith Award Dr. Teresa Foley has received the Marinus Smith Award from the CU Parents Association.
