2010 Campus-wide IT strategic plan
Campus ITS is initiating a strategic planning process that will continue over the next six months. Originally at the request of the CCHE, this process has taken place every four years since 1998, and is led by campus faculty and senior staff. Results will be available for campus comment in August 2010, with the report finalized in September. The goal is to develop a comprehensive plan that combines both high-level strategic planning with tactical plans to lead to specific results that support the campus and the Flagship 2030 strategic plan. Information is available on the website. Please email Marin Stanek if you are interested in participating on committees or in focus groups, monitoring progress of committees and project work via email, or to convey comments, questions or concerns regarding the process.
