DID YOU KNOW NAACL HLT 2009 conference at CU-Boulder The NAACL HLT 2009 conference, a combination of the annual meeting of the North American Association for Computational Linguistics (NAACL) and the Human Language Technology Conference (HLT) of NAACL will be held on the Boulder campus May 31 to June 5. The conference covers a broad spectrum of disciplines working toward enabling intelligent systems to interact with humans. NAACL HLT 2009 is open to the public and will feature papers, demonstrations and a doctoral consortium, as well as pre- and post-conference tutorials and workshops. The tutorials take place May 31, and the main conference runs June 1 through 3. Workshops take place June 4 and 5. On-site registration for attendees signing up after May 31 will take place in the foyer outside of the conference rooms. For more information, email Martha Palmer or Jim Martin.
