![]() The April 24, 2009 Buffalo Can Challenge brought in 13 teams and collected 8,215 pounds of food, enough to feed eight people for a year. It is estimated that 113 people competed in the sculpture contest and over 2,800 students, staff and faculty collected cans on campus. Greek Life brought in the most cans, and the UMC Cannibals brought in the weightiest with their many 7lb cans. All food was donated to Community Food Share.
