Professor Joe Ryan wins 2008 Pacesetter Award

February 12, 2008

Professor of civil, environmental and architectural engineering Joe Ryan received the annual Daily Camera Science/Medicine/Health Pacesetter Award in an announcement Jan. 25. Ryan was recognized for his work in finding the cause of and solution to water-purity levels in Boulder County. "He is exceptional and extremely dedicated to the work he does and integrating his work with service learning and civic engagement with his students," said Peter Simons, director of IECE .
