The University of Colorado at Boulder has a diverse array of civic and ethical engagement programs. Due to extensive programming, the university received the Presidential Award from the federal government as one of the three best universities in the nation in civic engagement and was selected for inclusion in the book: "Colleges with a Conscience: 81 Great Schools with Outstanding Community Involvement."
