--Jean Echevarria
Being involved in CoTESOL has been a giant networking opportunity

An annual two-day Fall Convention features nationally recognized speakers, presentations by teachers, "hands-on" small group sessions, exhibits of new publications, awards presentations, and a business meeting. This convention is usually held in November.
The Special Interest Groups organize forums to meet the special interests and needs of members. These forums are usually held in conjunction with the Fall Convention or at other times throughout the year.
The CoTESOL Executive Board meets eight times a year to set directions, plan activities, and discuss matters pertinent to ESL in the state.
