Edna Loehman, visiting scholar at the Environment and Behavior Program, is hosting Dr. Becker, an economist from Israel. Dr. Becker will discuss the water situation in Israel, both regarding potential peace settlements in the Middle East and with respect environmental restoration in Israel.
