Adobe Site License
Adobe's desktop publishing and web design software products, including popular items such as Acrobat, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver, are now available, at very reasonable cost, through a site license program managed by the CU Bookstore Buffalo Chip computer store.
For faculty and staff on university-owned computers, one-time (non-expiring) licenses and two-year upgrade plans are available. All purchases must be made with an IN or ACard and the optional upgrade plan must be purchased at the same time as the basic software. Installation files must be downloaded from the manufacturer's website or ordered on physical media for an extra charge. Computing and Research Services can handle the installation for you, bypassing that additional charge. Faculty/staff can find information about software for their work computers at the CU Bookstore website. For ordering and installation assistance from CRS, email ibssupport@colorado.edu, or call 303-492-2148.
Student purchases under the site license must be made in person at the Bookstore, with CU identification. Installation discs are included and the software may be installed on home machines.
