Research Interests:

My research has primarily focused on genetic and environmental factors influencing the development of substance use disorders and associated externalizing behaviors during adolescence and young adulthood. My current research interests include genome-wide association studies of adolescent and young adult substance use and antisocial behaviors as well as longitudinal studies of youth with adolescent-onset antisocial behavior and substance use disorders. Recent projects are also examining interactions with HIV/AIDS risk behaviors.
