The New Science of Addiction: The Genetic Science Learning Center at the University of Utah provides many interactive exercises and resources that explore the genetics of addiction.

Dr Christian Thurstone: Dr. Thurstone is a co-investigator on Component 1 of the Center. His website provides discussions and information about drug abuse, particularly among adolescents.

Science Discovery: CU Science Discovery is a science education outreach program of the University of Colorado, Boulder’s Division of Continuing Education.

NIDA for Teens: The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), a component of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), created this Web site to educate adolescents ages 11 through 15 (as well as their parents and teachers) on the science behind drug abuse.

Webisodes: Teens, Drugs & HIV Risk: This campaign shows teens and young adults that non-injection drug use and alcohol use can lead to poor decision making, which can result in risky sexual behaviors and HIV infection.
