This highly interactive session will focus on the importance of values in the workplace - your values as a person, your values as a manager and your organization's values....and transformation of these values into action. You will be given the opportunity to clarify your personal values and apply them to ethical issues in the workplace. Finally, you will be asked to consider the impact you have, as a leader, in setting the tone for ethical decision making and an ethical culture in your department and in the University.
