Organizational and Employee Development

Whether you are looking for a two-hour seminar to brush up your skills or a comprehensive training course for new supervisors, Organizational and Employee Development has an educational program designed just for you.

Organizational and Employee Development's educational programs are offered on campus by University employees who are experienced and effective trainers. Here you will find the information and advice you need to be more effective in your work and to enjoy more of what you do. Navigate through the links on the right to see all trainings offered.

Cost: All offerings are free of charge.

Parking Information:
Parking on campus is paid for by the user. Parking & Transportation is able to void citations in a few circumstances (if asked) but seldom meter tickets because they assume everyone knows to pay meters.

Options for permit holders:
  • Hang your department business permit behind your own permit when you are on business away from your main place of work (including attending a class). Read the face of the permit for guidelines.
Options if you don't have a campus permit:
  • Ride the STAMPEDE showing your Buff OneCard.
  • If your department has a vendor permit, ask to borrow it. Hang it from your windshield.
  • Park at a meter. The hourly rate is $1.50. Your department may have a meter debit card (available at discounted rate). Use this at campus meters. Meters are available near the ARC at the north and the south sides of the building.
  • Buy a one day permit for $7.25. (Parking assigns the location.) Use it with a department business permit away from your workplace.

If you need accommodations for a disability, please notify us 3 weeks in advance.
