Brief Description of Services: Referrals and Information, Advocacy, Events Calendar published monthly, Speaker's Bureau, Anti-oppression Workshops/Training, Resource Library, Peer Groups and Networking Lunches, Advising.

Peer Groups: Lavender Lunch Hour, Kitchen Table, Non-Traditional Student Lunch, White Women Aligned Against Racism, Man to Man, Parent Support Group (proposed).

Brief Description of Services: Sponsored jointly by the Women’s Resource Center, UCSU, and the Division of Student Affairs, the Commission for Student Parents (CSP) addresses issues of concern to students who are parents. The CSP serves approximately 1800 CU students who are parents. CSP is documenting areas of concern to student parents and doing both individual and group advocacy around these issues. Current projects include working to arrange evening childcare during reading days and finals, providing pagers to parents at a discounted rate, developing consistent policies for students who need to miss class or reschedule exams due to illness of children or childcare conflicts, and to provide educational and networking activities such as the "single parents' time-out" and stress management for student parents. CSP has also worked to provide diaper changing stations in locations throughout campus. Currently, stations are housed in the UMC and the Student Recreation Center.

Faculty and Staff Assistance Program

Brief Description of Services: The Employee and Faculty Assistance Program is a confidential counseling/consulting service designed to provide assistance to employees for personal or work-related concerns that may interfere with job performance. Services include short-term counseling, group counseling, supervisor consultation, conflict resolution/mediation, consultation, workshops and training, audio/video library, and external referrals.

Brief Description of Services:Their diverse staff includes counselors, psychologists, and other professionals committed to offering quality services including: workshops for faculty and staff, individual therapy, group counseling services, crises intervention, peer advising and counseling, assistance for students and non-students in academic and professional transition, assistance and training in diversity, and consultative services in organizational development, problem solving, and team building.

Mission: To provide a network of comprehensive services and innovative programs that support and advance the intellectual, personal, cultural, and social development of diverse students.

Brief Description of Services: The Center for Multicultural Affairs is committed to multiculturalism and social justice through its work to promote access to higher education, foster diverse thought in an inclusive environment, and develop socially responsible students. The CMA offers a variety of services such as the Collegiate Leadership Development Program, Mentorship Advisory Program, the Diversity Education Team, First Generation Scholars, Parents as Partners, Ally Development Program, Peer Counselors, White Antelope Memorial Scholarship, support groups, workshops, resources, and referrals.

Brief Description of Services: The Office of Diversity and Equity was created to provide dedicated leadership for campus diversity. They work to foster, develop and support programs and policies related to increasing diversity on campus; encourage open communication about diversity and multicultural issues; monitor and evaluate campus diversity efforts; build community among all CU students, faculty, and staff; and support faculty, staff, and students through the Department of Equal Opportunity.

Wardenburg Health Center

Brief Description of Services: Wardenburg offers a variety of free health programs, free campus outreach services and programs, and fee-based programs and services.
