Opportunities for training and development abound at CU-Boulder! Whether you want to obtain a degree, improve your supervision skills, or just learn something new and fun, opportunities are available for everyone.

Tuition-free Courses
The tuition waiver program allows permanent university employees to enroll for up to 6 semester credit hours per year to take courses that are job related and career enhancing. Under this program, your tuition is free and you only pay for student fees.

Office of Organizational and Employee Development
A unit within Human Resources, Organizational and Employee Development offers over 8,000 sessions a year on a variety of subjects.

Continuing Education
Credit and noncredit courses offered by Continuing Education range from personal enrichment to computer applications.

Free Computer Workshops
Information Technology Services (ITS) provides a variety of free computer workshops for faculty, staff and students.

Counseling Services
Counseling and Psychological Services: A Multicultural Center provides workshops and services for CU-Boulder students, faculty, and staff. The diverse staff includes counselors, psychologists, and other professionals committed to offering quality services.

Networking and Governance Opportunities
Many opportunities exist for becoming involved on campus and networking with other employees.

Volunteer and Public Service Opportunities
