Kelly has worked in the field of human resources since 2007. Kelly’s educational background includes:

  • Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, Psychology, University of Denver
  • Minors in legal studies and biology, University of Denver

Kelly's area of expertise is employee relations, performance management, conflict/dispute resolution, grievance/appeals process, leave administration, progressive discipline, leave sharing. With a background and degree in the field, she has always had a strong inherent interest in cognitive and behavioral psychology, which she feels is a key component to training on behavior based performance management.  She is passionate about sharing this knowledge and helping colleagues on the Boulder campus learn how to apply it in the most meaningful and effective way possible. Kelly believes the foundation of any great leader is their ability to build and maintain meaningful and trusting relationships; to balance the business and human needs of a talent population with creative ways in which to motivate, coach, mentor, and develop their employees.
