    * Submissions must include a separate cover sheet with your name, student number, address (both local and permanent), phone number, email address, major(s)/minor(s), and expected date of graduation.

        * No running titles or page numbers (titles of page numbers that your word processing system does automatically).

    * Hard copy submissions must include a hard copy without any personal information (such as name, student number, etc.) as well as a labeled CD containing your Microsoft Word, PDF, or JPG file, and a separate cover sheet, all in a 9 ½ inch manila envelope. Hard copy submissions will not be returned.

  * For film entries either bring your submissions on a CD or DVD or email us a link to an uploaded copy to honsub@colorado.edu. Make sure to include your cover sheet either way.

    * For music entries either bring us your submissions on a CD or send them as an attachment to honsub@colorado.edu. Make sure to include your cover sheet either way.

    * Endnotes or internal (parenthetical) citations. No internal footnotes.

  * Electronic submissions must include a separate document with a separate cover sheet as described above. The work itself must not include any personal information.

    * Artwork must be reducible to the Journal’s size and format. Electronic submissions must be sent as a jpeg. Submissions must have high resolution with at least 300 DPI.
