Schedule of Courses - FALL 2008

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

All continuing undergraduate degree students in all schools and colleges with a cumulative CU GPA of 3.30 or greater are eligible to take honors classes. The 3.30 GPA requirement will be enforced.

Continuing honors-qualified students are eligible to take one honors course per semester. Students who are registered for more than one honors course prior to the schedule adjustment period beginning August 22 will be moved to the wait-list. The restriction against multiple registrations will end at the beginning schedule adjustment  period. At that time honors-qualified students will roll in from the wait list if space is available. Or you may register for a second honors class on a space-available basis.

Course prerequisites may be enforced by the faculty.

Students who do not meet the 3.30 GPA requirement but have a GPA of 3.0 or greater may request an exemption from the instructor.

Registration Instructions

Continuing students: to register for an Honors course, use the call number located on the schedule of Honors courses posted below.

Registering through PLUS:
Log into the PLUS system and click on the Register button. Once your time assignment opens up, you will see a table entitled “Course Requests.” Make sure the ADD function is selected and enter in the course call number. If the class is full, the request will come back to you and you should instead select WAITLIST and click submit.

If you find one of our courses by using Course Search on PLUS, the call number will not be listed and it may tell you to contact the department. You do not need to contact us – simply use the call numbers from this website.
