Information for Faculty About the Honor Code

Getting Involved!

Class Presentations: Want a member of the student Honor Code Council to give a presentation in one or more of your classes? Just email honor@colorado.edu! Specify the class, the subject you would like presented, and your preferred date(s) and times(s).

Education: If desired, you may participate in periodic seminars offered through the Faculty Teaching Excellence Program and Graduate Teachers Program at CU-Boulder. These seminars are designed to familiarize you with the forms and procedures associated with the Honor Code.

Faculty representatives to the Campus Ethics Committee: The Campus Ethics Committee strives to have a faculty representative from each school/college on the committee. If your interested in fulfilling this role please email honor@colorado.edu.

Faculty Advisor to the Honor Council: Every two years a new faculty representative is appointed to the honor code. The next available tenure begins in the Fall of 2008. Be on the lookout for application details in the Spring of 2008.
