In-Class Primary Source Presentation Guidelines

On Friday, March 4, we will hear in-class presentations on primary sources.  These presentations will help you prepare the written primary source analysis due at the beginning of class on Monday, March 7.

Describe your paper topic and the questions you will ask about that topic (or questions you’ve subsequently developed); then briefly describe your source (roughly one minute).

Discuss how your source is relevant to these questions (roughly one minute).

To which major concepts or themes does this source relate (roughly one minute)?

Please listen closely to your colleagues’ presentations and be ready to offer helpful feedback.
