Conferences and Outreach

Rocky Mountain Interdisciplinary History Conference (RMIHC)

The Rocky Mountain Interdisciplinary History Conference or RMIHC is a unique graduate conference planned and organized by the University of Colorado's history graduate students. The 2006 conference will mark the sixth annual event. RMIHC seeks to attract graduate students from the variety of disciplines that make up the humanities, arts, and social sciences in order to create an informed discourse on the past and chart its impact on the present.

Colorado History Day

The mission of History Day is to improve the teaching and learning of history in elementary and secondary schools so that students become better prepared, knowledgeable citizens. National History Day is not just a day, but every day! The National History Day program is a year-long education program that culminates in a national contest every June.
