Learn the ropes of identifying high-risk situations and helping a friend, discuss your own drinking motivations and decision-making strategies, and practice handling alcohol toxicity in this discussion provided by trained Community Health student coordinators. We will discuss the hidden impact of sleep on everything from mood and learning to sex drive. We will also give tips for improving your sleep. Free food!
