Tips for using Wardenburg

  1. Wardenburg does not bill third party insurance.
    • All students can use Wardenburg regardless of health insurance providers; however we only bill the university-sponsored Student Health Plans.
    • If you have third party insurance, please call your insurance provider to find out if Wardenburg is covered under your plan.
    • More information on costs and billing.
  2. Set up an appointment - Who wants to spend time waiting in lines or waiting rooms when they're sick?  Nobody, that's who.  Select a service from the list on the right for information about scheduling.
  3. If you want to release your health information:
    • If you would like your parent/guardian/spouse to be able to view your records or find out billing information for your visits, you need to sign a Release of Information form. Release forms are valid for twelve months and must be completed in person at Wardenburg. More information on health records and confidentiality.
