Travel Clinic

If you plan to travel internationally, you may review computer-generated travel health advice individualized for your itinerary with a Wardenburg provider in the Medical Clinic. Immunizations and prophylactic medications are available at Wardenburg, however they may need to be ordered by a provider so please plan ahead! Please check with your insurance plan for coverage. Fees may apply.

Planning to study abroad?
If you are planning to study abroad, you will need a total of two appointments. Please schedule a preliminary (prelim) appointment to complete any requirements for your program. An appointment for your physical will be scheduled at this time. Don't forget to bring any paperwork that needs to be filled out for your study abroad program!

Some travel vaccinations need to be ordered so schedule your appointment with as advance notice as possible.

Appointment Procedure

How to make an appointment for this clinic:
If you are traveling or studying abroad or need travel immunizations, an appointment is necessary. Call 303.492.5432, M – F: 8AM – 5PM to schedule.

Cancellation Procedure:
Appointments must be cancelled by 5PM the business day before your appointment by calling 303.492.5342. Late cancellations and missed appointments will result in a $30 charge.

Check-in Procedure:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment (30 minutes if it's your first visit to Wardenburg) to fill out any necessary paperwork. Self check-in computers are located on the second floor. After checking in, go to the Medical Clinic desk and give them your name. *Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your being rescheduled.
