Appointment Information


How to make an appointment for this clinic:
An appointment is necessary for all non-urgent issues. Same day appointments are available; however these frequently fill up before 10 AM so call early! Call 303.492.5432, M – F: 8AM – 5PM to schedule, or schedule online through OSH >>

Cancellation Procedure:

Appointments must be cancelled by 5PM the business day before your appointment by calling 303.492.5432. Late cancellations and missed appointments will result in a $30 charge.

Late cancellations and missed appointments with our dietician (located in Women's Health Services) will result in a $60 charge.

Check-in Procedure:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment (30 minutes if it's your first visit) to fill out any necessary paperwork. Self check-in computers are located on the second floor at the main entrance. After checking in, go to the Medical Clinic desk and give them your name. *Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your being rescheduled.

 

Medical Clinic Urgent Care

For all life or limb threatening emergencies call 9-1-1.

A nurse is available to evaluate immediate medical concerns and refer patients to a provider if necessary.

Examples of immediate medical concerns include (but are not limited to) broken bones, bleeding, severe shortness of breath, or head injuries. For illnesses and injuries that do not need immediate medical attention, an appointment is necessary.
