NOTE: If you have the Student Gold Health Insurance Plan, a referral is required for any outside providers. For questions or more information, please call the Referral Office at 303.735.1683.
Appointment Procedure
An appointment is necessary for matters that do not require immediate medical attention plus they save you time! Same day appointments are available; however these frequently fill up before 10 AM so call early!

Cancellation Procedure
Appointments must be cancelled by 5PM the business day before your appointment by calling 303.492.5342. Late cancellations and missed appointments will result in a $30 charge.
Check-in Procedure
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment (30 minutes if it's your first visit) to fill out any necessary paperwork. Self check-in computers are located on the second floor at the main entrance. After checking in, go to the Medical Clinic desk and give them your name. *Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your being rescheduled.

For IMMEDIATE Medical Attention
For illnesses and injuries that do not need immediate medical attention, an appointment is necessary. Examples of immediate medical conditions include (but are not limited to) broken bones, bleeding, severe shortness of breath, or head injuries. Go straight to the Medical Clinic desk.
