Appointment Info

Schedule an Appointment:
Call 303-492-5654 to schedule an appointment. If this is your first visit with PHP, you will need to come into the clinic to fill out necessary paperwork (about 15 minutes) before scheduling your appointment.

Check-in:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your inital appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork. Self check-in computers are located on the first floor in the PHP waiting area. *Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your being rescheduled.

If you need to cancel your appointment:
Appointments must be cancelled by 5PM the business day before your appointment by calling 303-492-5654.

Late cancellations and missed appointments will result in an $80 charge.

Urgent Care:

Urgent Care is available during regular clinic hours. Please call or come into our office. If this is your first visit to our clinic, you will need to fill out some initial paperwork. Please note that Urgent Care is only available during our regular hours.

If you have outside insurance:

All full fee-paying students at the University of Colorado-Boulder are welcome at Wardenburg regardless of health insurance. If you have outside insurance, you are responsible for the cost of each visit. We can provide any paperwork (claim forms, treatment plan, etc) that your insurance company requires to get reimbursed through their system.

Medication:

Prescription refills are available by phone, but please note that there is a $20 charge for written refills (Adderall, Concerta, etc.) For pharmacy information click here
