Nathaan is a doctoral psychology intern working toward his Psy.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Denver Graduate School of Professional Psychology. He has experience in a variety of settings including: therapeutic boarding schools for adolescents and young adults with anxiety, depression, and substance abuse disorders; inpatient hospitals (ICU, burn, and rehabilitation units), community mental health center, and university counseling centers. Nathaan has training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Integrative Approaches, and Motivational Interviewing. Nathaan’s approach to working with students is client centered and emphasizes authenticity, collaboration, relational work, and light-hearted humor when appropriate.
