Education
Judy has worked as a clinical social worker in PHP since 1996.  She received her MSW degree from the Smith College School for Social Work in 1995.  Prior to receiving her MSW, Judy worked as an Outward Bound instructor in a variety of programs serving adolescents struggling with substance use issues.

Judy’s primary responsibilities include managing the STARS Program – a substance use recovery program, and working individually with students who are in trouble as a result of their drug and alcohol use.  In addition to STARS, Judy teaches the FAC class (a diversion program for students ticketed for some violation, usually alcohol related) and provides individual and couples therapy to students with a wide range of issues.

Areas of Interest: Substance use disorders, mood disorders, couples therapy

The place I’d most like to see is…Austrailia and New Zealand.

My favorite thing about working at Wardenburg is

working with the students.
