Josh Goldman attended Skidmore College where he received his bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2001. In 2005, he graduated from the University of Denver with a clinical focus on at-risk youth. Before coming to PHP, Josh worked at Boulder Mental Health Partners providing individual, family and group therapy to children, adolescents and adults. Josh has experience working with a wide range of psychological issues and focuses on moving clients toward recovery by building on their strengths, processing the past, and building skills for the future.
Josh has had training in Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Adoption/attachement issues and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Josh has been running Dialectical Behavior Therapy groups with teens and adults for several years.
