Student Health Plans
Mandatory Health Insurance Policy
The University of Colorado has a policy of mandatory health insurance coverage for all CU-students. You can view the policy at www.colorado.edu/policies/healthinsurance.html.
Automatic Enrollment
Because of the university's policy requiring all students to have insurance, each year you will automatically be enrolled in the Student Gold Health Insurance Plan and your tuition bill will be charged the plan premium per semester unless you waive coverage or select the Wardenburg Campus Care Plan. (See exceptions to automatic enrollment.)
Dates of Coverage: August 18, 2009 - August 17, 2010
See plan information options in gold box (at right).
What if I already have insurance?

How do I make my selection? How do I waive?
