All students can be seen at Wardenburg regardless of health insurance coverage.
Wardenburg Health Center is funded in part by student fees that are assessed with your tuition as a full time student. This allows us to provide you with specialized care and services at competitive prices. Costs vary based on your visit.
We ask that payment is made after your visit with cash, check, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express)
For services rendered that are not paid on the date of service, Wardenburg Health Center will send an electronic bill to the patient’s email address on file. Once you’ve received your bill, you can log on to MyCUHealth to view and print your statement. Payment can be made in person, by mail, or over the phone. If this payment deadline is not met, your account will be transferred to the Bursar’s Office along with a late fee or will be turned over to collections for non-enrolled students.
NOTE: It is the responsibility of the patient to ensure that Wardenburg has the correct email address.
Student Health Plans:
For those with either of the Student Health Plans, visits will be billed to the health plan first. Anything that is not covered by the Student Health Plans will be billed to the student. For Student Health Plan coverage information, click here.
Wardenburg Health Center only bills the Student Health Plans. Those with plans other than the Student Health Plans are responsible for knowing what their respective insurance plan will and will not cover. We are not a contracted provider for any insurance plans other than the Student Health Plans. Please call your insurance provider to find out if they will cover your visit to Wardenburg.
If you have outside insurance
Walk-out statements are available for those that pay at the time of service if you are seeking reimbursement from your insurance provider. HCFA forms and guidance on how to complete them are also available upon request.
