Who: Immunizations are available for all CU students, faculty, and staff.
When: Thursday and Friday, October 30 & 31 from 10AM - 5PM
Where: UMC 235
Cost: Flu - $25, Meningitis - $125 (no cost if enrolled in the Student Gold Health Insurance Plan)
Payment: Cash, credit, or personal check payable to Maxim Health Systems.
