Free Mind-Body Stress Relief Workshop

Join us on Thursday, Dec. 8 at 4:00PM for a free mind-body stress relief workshop. We'll practice meditation and relaxation skills and provide time for discussion and support.

Counseling and Psychiatric Services

Welcome to Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS). We offer confidential, on-campus mental health and psychiatric services for a variety of concerns such as academics, anxiety, body image, depression, relationships, substance use and more.

We offer services in two primary locations on campus at Wardenburg Health Center and the Center for Community (C4C). 

Our Staff

Our staff includes licensed professional counselors, social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses and certified addiction counselors.

We offer a range of mental health services tailored to fit the needs of CU Boulder students including:
