Your project idea can be general; we will help you refine your research question and design your methodology if you are accepted as a TIGER TAR fellow.

The Lead Graduate Teacher Network has two goals: 1) to develop the leads themselves as future academic managers, leaders, teachers, and consultants; and 2) to assist departments with internal TA preparation in order to improve undergraduate education. Lead training is focused on academic management, leadership, college pedagogy, consultation, and teamwork. The Lead Graduate Teacher receives a 6% Administrative Intern appointment. Leads receive the Best Should Teach Silver Award at the Best Should Teach Lecture in August.
