Communicating Complex Ideas: Capstone Reception & Presentation

Abrams Lounge 
Doors open at 2:45pm in the Abrams Lounge, located on the third floor of the Center for Community.  The keynote address, Taking Your Show on the Road: The Art of Being a Public Intellectual, will be given by Melinda Barlow, Associate Professor of Film Studies at the University of Colorado, Boulder.  Participants will share a five-minute presentation and be evaluated for an award. A reception and awards will conclude the event.

Participants will also have the opportunity to disseminate their work via the CU Boulder Graduate Teacher Program YouTube channel, which will be promoted through current Graduate Teacher Program, (GTP), social media platforms.  

The Communicating Complex Ideas Project is a collaboration among the Graduate Teacher Program, JMM, Communication, Film Studies, and Colorado Public Television. The project is funded by the CU Boulder Graduate School.

Attendance counts as Graduate Teacher Program workshop credit. Please sign in.
