Exploring SMART

Several NSF funded Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) programs allow students to actively participate in research in a specific field. Students engage in faculty-supervised research and receive a stipend, travel, and living expenses. CU-Boulder currently has REU programs in the following areas:
