Faculty and Research Staff Contributing to the Geophysics
Graduate Program at the University of Colorado, Boulder
The geophysics faculty is defined informally as those faculty members in
the participating and other departments who offer instruction and conduct research in
appropriate scientific areas. Designation as a member of the geophysics faculty does not
impose any special obligations and the faculty member remains obligated to the normal
duties within his or her department. These duties may include the regular teaching of
courses designed to meet the specific needs of the program.
The following members of the faculty and research staff of the Boulder Campus and of
cooperating government agencies offer courses and conduct research of direct interest to
students in the Geophysical Graduate Program.
