Certificate in Geophysics A graduate-level geophysics certificate is now available to students in geology. For students specializing in geophysics, a Geophysics Ph.D. program is available.

Certificate in Remote Sensing
A graduate-level remote sensing certificate is now available to students in geology who are interested in using satellite and ground-based remote sensing techniques to investigate land surfaces, oceans, and the atmosphere. This site explains how to obtain a certificate.


Hydrologic Sciences Graduate Program
A Program focuses on quantitative studies of water in the environment. The Program is interdisciplinary and interdepartmental involving faculty and graduate students from Geology, Geography, Enviornmental Studies, Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, and Civil, Environmental and Architectural Engineering.
