I really don't see the difference, trips or studies, don't we take our students on field trips, call them field trips , yet they are field studies. How much in depth study can you do on the Web? Some of my field trips are several days or more, where students have to touch, see, smell the environment, I don't think we're there yet on the web (at least I 'm not). I guess I really don't care, it seems to be semantics. Thought I'd at least give my opinion. barb
