Since the NCGIA CC II is in development, the types
of materials developed through the VDG should
compliment those of the NCGIA. For example,
a module which introduces all forms of elevation
models (contours, TINS, DEMS, profiles) with
attached graphics would compliment the more specific
modules developed as part of the NCGIA.
Thus, it may be that overview lecture notes which
can point to specific NCGIA lecture notes may be a
way to go.
