If you look at the roster you'll see that we have a really strong group of cartographers and GIS people attending the first workshop. My question is: where would be a good place to be in creating collaborative projects? In each area, what materials would be of greatest value? We going to be holding a focus group session on this during the first day, but I'm wondering if we can't get the discussion going now.
I did a short white paper with Dawn Wright this spring for UCGIS on emerging technologies that has links to some existing materials.
