2) Quality of Maps Prepared to Address Problem (30 points)

Overall layout and composition of maps.
Map symbology and legend as needed.
Composition of map elements: scale, north arrow, etc. as needed
Use of text and annotations.

3) Organization and Quality of Web Site (30 points)

Is the site homepage clearly and concisely organized and easy to navigate?
Are supporting pages well organized and easy to navigate?
Do all links work?
Do pages contain formatting flaws?
If included, are graphics used effectively?
If included, are advanced formatting options (tables, frames, JavaScript, etc.) used effectively?
