Site Two - Park Avenue and Manitou Avenue

This site is located at Park Avenue and Manitou Avenue. Fountain Creek flows through center of the site. Please answer the following questions, and be sure to use data and information from other parts of the exercise to support your answers.

Questions: (1) Fig. 1 shows a view of the Park Avenue Bridge. Note the assistant holding a yardstick for scale. According to the flood data table, how high is the 100-yr. flood expected to be at this point? How will this affect the buildings you see in the photograph? Figure 1
