Recitation Assignment Guidelines

1. Every week you have an assignment to prepare for recitation. To find this assignment click on the Recitation Assignments link on the course web page:

2. Assignments are due at the start of recitation. You are responsible for knowing what your assignment is. And when it is due.
3. Your five best assignments will count toward your final grade. Each assignment is worth 6% of your final grade!
4. Late assignments will not be graded. This is the course policy.
5. Assignments must be typed, in 12-point font, and double spaced (standard college format). Please put your recitation number with your name at the top of the paper, and staple multiple pages.
6. We do not accept assignments via email.
7. You must cite any work that is not your own, whether you quote directly, or paraphrase. To cite correctly, place the author's last name, the year of publication, and the page number in parentheses immediately after the information you have quoted or paraphrased.
