About me:

I was raised in Colorado and first discovered my interest in geography and cartography when I was in high school. I enjoyed making maps with different fabrics, paints, glitter, beads, dried foods and whatever else seemed appropriate. Those were my multimedia maps of the early 90's! Wow, times have changed! I have expanded my geographical interests to include politically, economically, and environmentally sustainable agricultural practices. I am certified in Permaculture design and motivated to create/develop agricultural systems that are economically, energetically, environmentally and nutritionally efficient as well as aesthetically inspiring. My other passions are my children and dance. I have been teaching social dance, mainly Salsa, for the last 4 years here in Boulder.
